SouthWestern has evolved from the SWS Group which was originally established in 1957 and which grew through a major diversification programme to hold leadership positions in a variety of industry sectors. SouthWestern is now a stand alone entity with its own Board and management team. The Company is a market leader in the Business Process Services area and employs over 500 people between its Irish and Polish operations. In Poland Company brand is SouthWestern BPS Poland Sp. z o.o. 

 

SouthWestern is located at the West Cork Business & Technology Park, Clonakilty, Co. Cork and in Lodz (Poland) at 56 Kopcińskiego Street. Our service offerings are based around our three pillars of Customer Relationship Management, Finance and Accounting, and Industry Specific Solutions to blue chip public and private sector clients. 

 

We have a strong track record of high quality service delivery to our clients which is underpinned by continuous investment in developing innovative solutions in process and technology. Client activity is conducted in a secure ISO environment with guaranteed confidentiality. SouthWestern is also CCA (Customer Care Association) certified and member of BCC (Business Centre Club).
