From the 19th till the 21st of May 2010, a major local government conference organized by Ernst&Young  took place in the city of Świdnica. Major topics discussed during the conference were: eco-power sector, investments financed by the EU, future of the small cities.

SouthWestern was represented by Wiktor Doktór, General Manager and John Connolly, Commercial Director, who participated in a discussion panel about outsourcing in the public sector.

SouthWestern is present in the public sector for years rendering services to the Minister of the Irish Agriculture.
